Your creator account

These terms cover creator hosting on MediaHost TV, not separate viewer memberships. Provide accurate account information and protect your login. Only submit content you own or have permission to distribute. You retain ownership and authorize MediaHost and its service providers to store, process and deliver your content according to the visibility you select. This permission is limited to operating the service. Private content is not permission to promote it publicly.

Memberships and recurring billing

Creator costs $29 monthly or $290 annually. Creator Pro costs $79 monthly or $790 annually. Media Studio costs $149 monthly or $1,490 annually. Media Network costs $299 monthly or $2,990 annually and requires approval. Prices are in US dollars. Your selected price and billing interval must be shown before you approve payment in PayPal. Paid subscriptions renew at that interval until canceled. Accepting these terms alone does not authorize a purchase.

Payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. This applies to initial payments and renewals and does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges.

Founding Creator offer

When offered in your card checkout, Founding Creator is limited to the first 100 reserved or subscribed places for approved channels. It costs $49 per month for the first 12 months from the initial confirmed payment, then $79 per month until canceled. It includes the Creator Pro storage, upload and viewing allowances listed below. The introductory and later renewal prices require separate acceptance before card entry. A reserved place or saved card does not activate a paid membership; payment must be confirmed.

MediaHost sends an advance price notice at least 30 days before charging the higher renewal price. If that notice cannot be confirmed in time, the higher renewal is held for review. You can cancel future payments before renewal. Availability is determined at checkout; mentioning the offer here does not reserve a place.

Canceling or changing your membership

For a card membership, use “Cancel future card payments” in your MediaHost dashboard. For a PayPal-account subscription, use that PayPal account's automatic-payment controls. You can also contact mark@mediaservices.net for cancellation assistance. Cancel before the next scheduled payment to prevent renewal. Cancellation normally preserves access through the confirmed paid-through date and does not refund the current period. Failed or unconfirmed payments may pause paid features. A return from checkout alone does not confirm payment.

Plan changes require review of the new price and effective date and, when required, your approval in PayPal. Downgrades normally apply at renewal. No immediate upgrade or prorated charge is promised unless the review explicitly offers it.

Storage and monthly allowances

Upload and viewing allowances reset monthly, including annual subscriptions, and do not roll over. Storage remains in use until deletion is confirmed. Deleting content does not restore consumed upload allowance. Standard video is up to 1080p. Verified delivery reports may arrive later; a 10% usage buffer applies, so an exact-minute cutoff is not guaranteed. Features may pause when limits are exceeded.

The optional 14-day trial includes 30 stored minutes, 15 upload minutes and 500 viewing minutes. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. On expiration, uploads and public playback pause until you upgrade; trial expiration does not automatically delete content.

Additional features and usage

Media Studio and Media Network include three team members in addition to the channel owner. Team members use their own MediaHost accounts and receive the permissions selected by the owner. Additional usage is not automatically charged without separate acceptance of the applicable rate and valid payment authorization. You may choose additional capacity, an upgrade or pausing usage. Extra paid team seats, livestreaming and other paid add-ons are currently unavailable. A listed or discussed future feature is not included until explicitly enabled and offered. Paid membership does not guarantee views, featured placement or revenue.

Content and publishing

Content must respect copyright, privacy and publicity rights and must not contain unlawful material, sexual exploitation of minors, threats, fraud or malware. Creators must accept the upload acknowledgments before submitting files. Channels require approval; approved creators may self-publish subject to plan permissions. MediaHost may restrict or remove prohibited content and suspend abusive accounts. Report rights or content concerns to mark@mediaservices.net with the relevant link and an explanation.

Service data and availability

MediaHost uses account identifiers, membership and payment status, content metadata, usage records and consent records to provide the service, enforce allowances, reconcile billing and send service notifications. Authentication, PayPal payments, Mux video delivery, hosting, backups and email involve the respective service providers. Do not upload passwords or financial credentials as content. Contact us with account-data requests. Keep your own originals; processing interruptions and service outages can occur.

Changes and questions

Material price or terms changes will be disclosed before applying to a future purchase or renewal, with consent where required.
