Creator sign-in

Use your MediaHost creator email and password. If you cannot sign in, contact creator support from your account email. New creators can complete enrollment on this page. Your dashboard shows your channel status and available upload controls.

No PayPal account is needed for card checkout. Sign in and use Pay by card under Membership and billing when checkout is available for your account. PayPal processes the card payment. Review the recurring price and billing interval before accepting payment.

Paid access starts after payment verification. If you are unsure whether a payment completed, refresh your account and check Subscription payment history before trying again. Contact support if the payment is missing.

Use Cancel future card payments under Membership and billing to stop future renewals. Your confirmed paid-through date remains visible in the dashboard. Use Update saved card to change your payment method, or review and accept a plan change for the next renewal. Contact support if a control is unavailable.

If an upload is interrupted, select the same original file and retry to resume from the confirmed position. Videos stay unpublished until you publish them. Public viewing also depends on channel approval, membership, and available viewing allowance.
